FileZilla is the name for a feature-rich, fast and reliable FTP client, and there's also a FileZilla Server, which is an FTP server from the same developer group. The client supports download resume, download queue, connection keep-alive, timeout settings, favorite list, proxies, SSL and GSS security. You can even export its settings to import on another machine or after reinstalling your OS.
FreeProxy is professional Freeware which channels requests for internet pages via a single computer and enables many computers to share an internet connection. If you have dial-up internet access, you can use the Demand Dial or Auto-Dial feature to dial up the internet either when it detects you want to access the internet (demand) or maintain a strict schedule of connection times (auto). Works fast with Cable/Broadband. FreeProxy has implemented a simple security feature to lock down access to the proxy, "local binding". You can prevent everyone except those on your local intranet from accessing your web server, proxy or mail systems. As an added bonus, FreeProxy has a built in web-server which can serve pages securely to either (only) your intranet or to the internet.

HTTrack is a free (GPL, libre/open source) and easy-to-use offline browser utility. It allows you to download a World Wide Web site from the Internet to a local directory, building recursively all directories, getting HTML, images, and other files from the server to your computer. HTTrack arranges the original site's relative link-structure. Simply open a page of the "mirrored" website in your browser, and you can browse the site from link to link, as if you were viewing it online. SpamPal sits between your email program (eg. Outlook or Eudora) and your mailbox (POP3 or IMAP), checking your email as you retrieve it. Any email messages that SpamPal considers to be spam will be "tagged" with a special header; you simply configure your email client to filter anything with this header into a separate folder and your spam won't be mixed up with the rest of your email anymore!
Features:
Check your mail against the freely-usable DNSBL lists (aka "blocking lists") of your choice.
The list of available DNSBL services is automatically updated, so new DNSBL lists can be used as they appear!
Whitelist the email addresses of your friends and family so that mail from them will never be tagged as spam!
Don't agree with a listing in a DNSBL list? You can whitelist entire netblocks so you'll never be troubled by that listing again!
Do you think part of the Internet should be blocked that isn't in a DNSBL list? Add it to the local blacklist and all mail from it will be tagged as spam! You can blacklist email addresses or entire netblocks!
People and mailservers with whom you correspond frequently are Automatically Whitelisted - without you having to lift a finger!
More than one mailbox? SpamPal supports multiple POP3 servers!
Supports APOP authentication!
Can filter IMAP4 mailboxes!
Can even protect an SMTP connection!
Unobtrusive! Once installed, SpamPal sits in your system tray and you can forget all about it - except spam won't be causing you so much trouble!
Multi-language support! Use SpamPal in English, German French, Italian or Russian
Subject Line Tagging. As well as its special header, SpamPal can put "**SPAM**" in the subject of spam messages.
And if all this isn't enough, you can extend SpamPal with third-party Plug-ins!
SpamPal will not be able to detect all of your spam. However, I think it will detect enough to make a considerable difference!
A really great messenger software - everyone's favourite! :)

The most important features: multiwindow user interface, buddy list
(with categories), history (=logging) function, link grabber

Trillian also supports skinning, and ofcourse you can find tons of nice Trillian skins while surfind the official website - http://www.trillian.cc.
Trillian is under continuous development, and in every single version
there are new features - I'm sure you'll like it! Go and download! :)
